Daniel J. Artman
Daniel J. Artman concentrates in workers' compensation defense litigation. He also practices in the area of insurance defense litigation. He is experienced in trial practice, before both juries and the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission. He has also practiced in the Circuit Court of Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program and before the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Artman was born in Chicago. He attended DePaul University where he was on the Dean's List, won the Political Science Departmental Award, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science in 1993. In 1996, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1997.
Mr. Artman joined Power &
Cronin in May, 1999 after working as an associate
at Pollina & Earl, in Schaumburg, Illinois,
where he specialized in insurance defense litigation,
coverage issues, and personal injury defense.
Mr. Artman became a partner of the firm in 2007.
