Mr. McCann was born and raised in Chicago and served honorably in the Illinois Army National Guard from 1995-2001. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English/Rhetoric from the University of Illinois-Champaign in 2001. He earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2008.
Mr. McCann is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
