General Civil Litigation
 Power & Cronin, Ltd. has an active trial and appellate practice in Illinois and federal courts. Our firm's trial practice includes the representation of insurers in coverage litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, defense of local government entities in personal injury cases, premises liability defense (including slip and fall, criminal assault on property, and food contamination cases), defense of civil rights and employment claims, property damage claims, administrative agency appeals, and the representation of various corporate clients in business litigation.
Our firm represents employers in the defense of third-party actions, retaliatory discharge and other employment-related claims and prosecutes subrogation claims on behalf of employers under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act.

Our firm has successfully defended all types of personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and civil rights claims in state and federal courts.  Workers' Compensation Defense
