Robert E. Luedke
Robert E. Luedke concentrates his practice in the area of workers' compensation defense.
Mr. Luedke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Monmouth College. Mr. Luedke graduated from Drake University with a law degree and a master's degree in business administration. Mr. Luedke has been admitted to the Illinois bar since 1983.
Mr. Luedke has been defending Illinois Workers' Compensation claims for over 25 years and is a frequent author and lecturer regarding Illinois workers' compensation issues. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Lawyer's Association. He has made presentations regarding legal issues to the Winnebago County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Luedke has presented seminars to insurance carriers and self-insured employers. Mr. Luedke has argued numerous workers' compensation cases before the Illinois appellate court.
