Adam F. Rettberg
Mr. Rettberg was born and raised in the western Chicago suburbs, and attended the University of Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric in May 2000. After graduating, he joined the working world as a legal assistant in workers' compensation defense, before returning to school for a law degree.
He attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and earned his Juris Doctor in May 2007. While attending law school, he clerked for a Chicago-based personal injury firm, and then for the City of Chicago Department of Law as a prosecutor, during which time he represented the City of Chicago in multiple bench trials. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November of 2007.
Following his admission to the Bar, Adam practiced law at a well-known Chicago firm, handling cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and the Social Security Administration's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. He then joined Power & Cronin in the Fall of 2013.
