Anthony Gattuso joined Power and Cronin after years of practice as a Petitioner’s attorney where he tried many cases and secured a large number of favorable outcomes on behalf of injured workers. Mr. Gattuso also had a six year career at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, Mr. Gattuso litigated many jury trials to verdict, as well as over four hundred combined bench trials and motions.
Mr. Gattuso brings his extensive trial experience to Power & Cronin to ensure our clients they have a seasoned litigator to fight for them both inside and outside the courthouse. Outside the practice of law, he continued to sharpen his competitive edge by coaching high school baseball and baseball teams. Mr. Gattuso is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2012.
While at The John Marshall Law School, Mr. Gattuso received the prestigious Kissane Family Scholarship for his commitment to public service and exemplary work with community members adversely affected by crime. He also attended Marquette University and graduated with a double major in Political Science and Criminology and Law Studies in 2009. While at Marquette University, Mr. Gattuso volunteered on several large scale political campaigns and was a two year President of the Marquette Club Baseball program, managing travel, scheduling, coaching and playing while leading the team to its greatest level of achievement in program history.
