Michael Viverito focuses his practice in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Sports and Business Law.  Prior to joining Power & Cronin, Mr. Viverito practiced commercial litigation and transactional law.  He also has experience in handling both Commercial and Residential Real Estate matters, Intellectual Property matters, and Trust and Estate drafting for clients.

 

Mr. Viverito brings the unique skillset he has developed through his experiences, which allows him to connect with clients personally and effectively counsel and represent them through all aspects of their case.

 

Mr. Viverito has held the privilege of gaining experience in both NCAA athletic compliance and professional sports, having interned with Northern Illinois University and the Atlanta Braves.

 

Mr. Viverito was born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, and attended Bradley University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Communication and Spanish Language, graduating magna cum laude as a member of the Dean’s List.  He is bilingual, having studied at the Universidad de Granada in Granada, Spain.  He earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2020, where he authored an article on unfair and deceptive trade practices, which was published in the Marquette Sports Law Review.  Mr. Viverito is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
