Laura Ther’s legal practice is dedicated to Workers’ Compensation law. Ms. Ther is a Naperville native and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Following her graduation from UIUC, Ms. Ther honed her legal skills over three years as a legal assistant at a plaintiff’s law firm. During this time she garnered valuable experience across an array of practice areas, with a particular focus on workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

Ms. Ther then attended law school at University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly known as John Marshall Law School). While in law school, she was a member of the Dean’s List, worked at the UIC Law Veteran’s Legal Clinic, and worked at a general practice law firm. Ms. Ther graduated from UIC Law in 2023 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar the same year.

Ms. Ther’s background and robust experience equips her with a solid understanding of the law and a commitment to serving her client’s with diligence and expertise.
