Cassandra Halyko focuses her practice exclusively on representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. She has six years of attorney experience in Illinois Workers’ Compensation in Illinois. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Halyko gained valuable experience working as a law clerk and paralegal handling workers’ compensation and personal injury matters.

Ms. Halyko attended Law School at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While in law school, she participated in the Trial Advocacy Program competing in national trial team competitions which prepared her for life as a litigator. She also earned top grade awards in law school in U.S. Constitutional Law and Illinois Constitutional Law.

Ms. Halyko was born and raised in Mokena, Illinois. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in Psychology. During that time, Ms. Halyko was a collegiate athlete until she sustained her own injuries.
